Looking for something a little more special than an off-the-shelf piece of art?

I create bespoke, hand-painted commissions designed specifically for your space, your style and your story. Whether you have a very clear idea in mind or simply know the colours and feeling you want, I can work with you to bring your vision to life.

From artwork for your home, nursery or business, to meaningful gifts and completely one-of-a-kind pieces, every commission is created especially for you.

How to request a commission

To get started, simply get in touch with me with as much information as you can. Don't worry if you don't have everything figured out yet, because we can work through the ideas together.

1. Tell me what you're looking for

Start by telling me a little about your idea.

This could be:

A specific subject, object, animal, flower or scene

A painting inspired by a photograph

A particular style or aesthetic

A meaningful piece based around a person, pet, place or memory

Artwork designed specifically for a room or business

Something completely unique that you've imagined yourself

You can also send me Pinterest images, photographs, colour inspiration or examples of my previous work that you love.

2. Choose your canvas size

The size of your artwork is really important, particularly if you already know where you'd like to display it.

When enquiring, please let me know your preferred:

Width × Height

For example:

20 × 20cm

30 × 40cm

40 × 50cm

50 × 70cm

If you're unsure what size would work best, that's absolutely fine. If you tell me where the artwork is going, I can help recommend a size and orientation.

Please measure your space before enquiring, particularly if the artwork needs to fit above furniture, within a particular wall space or alongside existing artwork.

3. Tell me where it will be displayed

This helps me make sure the artwork works beautifully within its surroundings.

Please tell me:

Which room or space it is for

Where you intend to hang or display it

The approximate size of the available wall space

Whether it will sit above furniture, such as a bed, sofa, sideboard or changing table

Whether it will be displayed alongside other artwork

If possible, send me a photograph of the space. This is especially helpful as I can consider the proportions, surroundings and overall feel of the room when designing your piece.

4. Share your colour palette

If you already have a colour scheme in mind, let me know.

You might send me:

A photograph of the room

Paint or wallpaper colours

Photos of cushions, furniture or accessories

A colour palette you love

Examples of previous artwork you want it to complement

I can then create a piece that feels intentional within your space rather than simply looking like a painting placed on a wall.

5. Tell me your preferred style

My commissions can be completely tailored to you.

You can tell me whether you'd like your piece to be:

Textured • Colourful • Soft & neutral • Bold • Playful • Minimal • Detailed • Whimsical

Or simply send me examples of my previous work that you love.

If you're not sure what style you'd like, don't worry, that's what the design process is for!

What happens next?

Once you've sent your enquiry, I'll have a chat with you about your ideas and requirements.

I'll then provide you with a bespoke quote based on the size, detail and materials required for your commission.

Once you've decided to go ahead, I'll confirm the details with you before I begin creating your artwork.

Depending on the commission, I may also provide a rough concept or design direction so we can make sure we're on the same page before I start painting.

Then it's over to me…

I'll hand-paint your artwork from scratch, adding all of the little details, colours and textures that make your piece completely unique.
