To ensure adequate preparation, supply purchasing, and scheduling, all art class bookings become non-refundable once purchased. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class may be eligible for a class credit (if applicable). This is because materials and arrangements with the venue will have already been finalised.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your spot to another participant (please notify us in advance), or
• Request a class credit allowing you to transfer onto another class in the future.
